Aquila Stores Within Melbourne Have Temporarily Closed

Extended Returns Policy For Customers In Victoria

UPDATE 09.07.20 - Due to the Metropolitan Melbourne lockdown currently in place, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Victorian stores as of 4pm Friday 10th July until further notice. This is in line with government recommendations and to ensure the protection of our staff and customers. Our online store will remain open 24/7. We are offering customers within Victoria extended returns on in-store and online orders, with an additional 6 weeks on top of our normal returns policy.

Non-Victorian Aquila stores remain open on limited trading hours. Please check your local store here for opening hours before visiting.

 AQUILA STORES: To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team members and customers, we have implemented a few additional hygiene measures in store.

- Setting store capacities to make it easier to keep our distance.

- Ensuring 1.5 metre social distance is kept between all customers and team members at all times.

- Encouraging all customers to use the hand sanitiser provided when entering the store.

- Disinfecting all shoes after they have been tried on.

- Encouraging card payments where possible.

OUR ONLINE STORE: Our online store will remain open and will continue to trade 24/7. Our shipping partner, Australia Post, will be providing contactless deliveries with no signature required. Due to the increased volume of online orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days to receive your order. We are offering FREE standard shipping on all AU orders over $100.

IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURNS EXTENDED: We are offering customers within Victoria extended returns on in-store and online orders, with an additional 6 weeks on top of our normal returns policy. This means for all Victorian in store and online customers, you now have 6 weeks after your initial 30 day return period finishes to return your purchase.

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY UPDATE: Due to a significant uplift in the number of parcels across the Australia Post network and also a reduction in air freight capacity, Australia Post have advised that they are currently experiencing severe delays, particularly to regional and rural communities. These delays extend to both the time taken for tracking information to be provided, as well as the time taken for parcels to be delivered. NZ DELIVERIES: As a result of ongoing Covid-19 issues in Australia, we have unfortunately had to suspend deliveries to New Zealand until further notice. If you have any further questions, please contact online@aquila.com.au and we’d be happy to help.
