Extended Returns Policy for In Store Purchases

The last few days have been an absolute whirlwind and in these uncertain times it’s important we all stand together (metaphorically of course). Thank you to our customers who have supported our brand, especially those who have purchased in the last few weeks.
STORE CLOSURES: We have made the difficult to decision to close our retail stores until further notice. We are a strong and passionate family here at Aquila, so to ensure the health and safety of the team, their families, and the wider community we deemed it a necessary step to take.
IN-STORE RETURNS EXTENDED: Extended returns period for an extra 14 days after stores re-open, for all store purchases made in March 2020. For more information about our returns policy, please see our Returns page.
OUR ONLINE STORE: Our online store will remain open and will continue to trade 24/7. Our shipping partner, Australia Post, will be providing contactless deliveries with no signature required. Due to the increase in the number of online orders we are receiving, there could be a short delay to some deliveries. We are offering Free Standard Shipping on all AU orders.
NZ DELIVERIES: Given the unfolding situation ahead of us due to COVID-19, we have unfortunately suspended all deliveries to New Zealand. This is a temporary measure and we hope to resume NZ orders, as quickly as we can. If you have any further questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help.
For many of you, now is not the time to shop, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the brand when you can. But for those of you who can, your business means more to us when times are this tough.
We’ve overcome many obstacles in our 60 years of trading, and this will be another to add to the list.
