Australia Post Update.

Due to a significant uplift in the number of parcels across the Australia Post network and a reduction in air freight capacity, Australia Post have advised that they are currently experiencing severe delays. These delays extend to both the time taken for tracking information to be provided, as well as the time taken for parcels to be delivered with Standard and Express Post services. For your convenience, Aquila offers both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.

Please note the delivery time frames indicated below are estimates only, based on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is coming from a store delivery times may vary, depending on both the store location and the intended destination. 

An increased volume of orders during busy sale and promotional periods may lead to delayed dispatch and delivery.

A signature is required when your order is delivered, so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office. Australia Post may present an option for Safe Drop – this is to be used at your own risk.

Please note, if you are purchasing more than one item, your items may be shipped separately using individual tracking numbers.

Shipping advices will be emailed through to you with your unique Barcode which you can track online at Australia Post. If you have any special requests for your delivery, please specify these at time of ordering.

Orders will be delivered on business days only. Please note, the number of business days estimated below begins the day after your order is dispatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Please note; once the order has been collected by Australia Post, we are no longer liable for delivery of goods. For further delivery information, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. 

If you choose authority to leave for your delivery, ie without signature. What this means is that once the parcel has been delivered according to Australia Post records it has been delivered. If the parcel get's taken or stolen from your premises Aquila cannot be held liable for the missing parcel.

The shipping times below are supplied by Australia Post and are estimates only. They commence from the date of dispatch.

Australian Standard Delivery



FREE delivery for orders over AU$100 per transaction or AU$9.99 for orders under AU$100. 

  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.
  • Delivery times may be delayed during promotional periods and holidays.


Australian Express Post Delivery



AU$14.99 for all Australian orders. ______________________________________________

  • Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc.
  • Dispatch may take up to 24 hours during sale or promotional periods.
  • Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
